I've been doing research into the supernatural. And I know that sounds stupid and ridiculous but I don't know what else to do. I don't know what else to think. Anyways, apparently there is a demon that's only mentioned in the briefest of myths because it was commonly believed to be fake, even when it was first mentioned.

It's called Zix. It was said that it created a madness that forced those effected to kill for someone, then kill themselves when they were no longer needed for the job, or could no longer get by with it. Usually, it was after one thing: the isolation of its beloved. It wanted a collection of those it truly loved and cared for to walk the earth and deemed no others worthy of living, especially those that would hurt its beloved.

It's unclear if Zix is male or female. It's unclear if there was another purpose to keeping only its beloved alive. But it sounds an awful like what's happening to me.

I have to keep looking into this. I'll you know what I find.
